Mind Your Business… (1 Thessalonians 4:11)

I was thinking…I’m going to start minding my business and also stop telling me business for a change. A change to be obsolete and steel, nothing can break me from my promise to myself. Even in 1 Thessalonians 4:11 the Bible states that we ALL should mind our business according to living how God wants us to live.

The Bible speaks: and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you, 4:12 so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody..NIV… I LOVE this verse because it portrays a self sufficient meaning.

Majority of folks aren’t too self sufficient, we rely on others to find our missing whatever’s, when the Bible clearly states doesn’t don’t be dependent on anybody. Meaning, don’t look for man to mend our broken hearts, feed us what we want to hear, we shouldn’t look for nothing within man to fulfill our desires period.

Minding our business is essential just think about…doesn’t it feel beautiful to be stuck up in your head? I was also thinking this as well…I wanted to put in a two weeks notice at my job without telling no one about it. Although I told my fiancé but he to won’t know that I officially put in my two weeks notice. I’ve had my business told in different forms, hearing my business coming from a mouth that I didn’t tell your business to.

It’s a very hurtful mini experience to endure, but at least I learned something from it. Never again will I tell me business and take pride in anybody else’s business. I don’t want to hear about an enemy although that would be nice “that’s the flesh talking”, but that’s not how God wants me to live out my life. Mind your business on purpose and mind your business for your sake and your reputation, God honors the wise especially to those who takes heed and precautions to his word.
